I love creating with a tongue in cheek attitude...or maybe with a boatload of sarcasm, but this time it was purely tongue in cheek.  I was saving the sarcasm for another time.

 

I love the play of Montana sky blue Czech glass faceted beads with the petite hematite semiprecious stone cubes.  It's a little sassy, blue jeans chic, and gypsy.  To go with my gypsy traveling spirit, or maybe these earrings are one of my favorites because they look amazing with jeans.

What's Life Without Time for the Beach?

I love beach style, that rare lazy feeling your get when you finally have an afternoon or a long weekend to spend lounging at the pool or just walking along the boardwalk.  When I design earrings, I love to create a mood, an atmosphere that tells a story and this is one of my favorite tales!  It doesn't hurt that it's the start of what may prove to be a long and blustery Midwest winter and I just got back from New Orleans a few weeks ago.  That post vacation feeling is still lingering, but not for too much longer as the dreaded words "wind chill" are be bandied about in weather forecasts.
