Genuine Turquoise Earrings with Antiqued Silver

I love the look of turquoise, but will admit to a simple, single truth:
I do not like the traditional Southwest style look that genuine turquoise is often found in.

With that being said, I wanted to incorporate antiqued silver with genuine turquoise in a way that's fun and light, effortless and a little bohemian - not heavy, clunky, chunky, or rustic.  Striking that balance took a few tries, but here is what I walked away with having created:
